matters needing attention:
1、 Operation management: closed operation, provide good natural ventilation conditions. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating procedures. Keep away from fire and heat source. No smoking in the workplace. Keep away from flammable and combustible materials. Prevent gas leakage into the workplace air. Avoid contact with reducing agent. Load and unload with care during transportation to prevent damage of steel cylinder and accessories. Fire fighting equipment of corresponding variety and quantity and leakage emergency treatment equipment shall be provided.
2、 Storage management: store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. The storage temperature should not exceed 30 ℃. It should be stored separately from combustible materials and reducing agents, and mixed storage should be avoided. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.
3、 Transportation management: the safety helmet on the steel cylinder must be worn when the steel cylinder is used for transportation. Generally, the steel cylinder shall be placed horizontally, and the mouth of the cylinder shall be in the same direction, without crossing; the height shall not exceed the protective fence of the vehicle, and the triangle wood cushion shall be used to clamp firmly to prevent rolling. It is strictly forbidden to mix with inflammables or combustibles, reducing agents, etc. It should be transported in the morning and evening in summer to prevent sunlight exposure. It is forbidden to slip when transporting by railway.
4、 Waste management: refer to relevant national and local regulations before disposal. The exhaust gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere.
